Lisa is a knowledgable senior HR professional with extensive experience in private and public sector organisations including Carillion, the NHS and local government. Most recently she headed up the HR function for a staff-owned community interest company. Here she developed and implemented a new people strategy and successfully handled complex case work and change programmes.
